A digital platform built on a nationally-recommended, award-winning solution
Our “C19-YRS” service is ELAROS’s specialist solution for Long Covid which has been nationally recommended by NHS England and commissioned nationally by NHS Scotland.
C19-YRS is available to deploy in a clinical setting, to conduct research, and now available to the public without a clinical referral via the app stores.
The autonom-e platform can be configured to support multiple clinical services and different cohorts simultaneously, enabling services to support people with Long Covid and/or other comorbidities such as ME/CFS, rheumatology, neuro-rehabilitation, and occupational / vocational rehabilitation services.
Our C19-YRS Service for Long COVID
- Co-designed and co-developed with patients with long COVID, clinicians, administrators and academics for patient use, clinical use and research use.
- Initially co-developed with University of Leeds and Leeds NHS Long Covid Service in 2020
- Adopted and pioneered by 5 early adopter sites and their patient groups at NHS Trusts in Airedale, Bradford, Liverpool, Northern Care Alliance (formerly Salford and Pennine Acute) throughout 2021.
- Later adopted and iterated with over 30,000 patients from over 60 NHS Trusts and national research studies
- Adopted by clinical services in Republic of Ireland and University of Sydney for research
- A public version of the C19-YRS app was launched in 2025, available via the app store
